Graduate Reunion Attendee

Calling all 2019 and 2020 graduates!

  • Do you wonder if others are struggling to find solutions to the same challenges you are facing?
  • Would you like the chance to refresh and practise your communication skills in a relaxed environment and gain valuable input and advice from experienced practitioners?
  • Did you miss the chance to say goodbye after you graduated? You’re not alone!

Don’t miss the opportunity to share your experiences, swap stories of life in practice, good and bad, and learn from each other after what has been a strange and challenging start to your veterinary career. There will be expertise on hand to help you find solutions, so add the date in your diary and fix the weekend off, we’d love you to be there!

Your reunion, will be held at your vet school in Autumn 2021 and combines non-clinical CPD with an evening of fun and friends. Join the VDS, along with representatives from expert veterinary organisations including the BVA, RCVS, VMG, BSAVA, Vetlife, BVNA, SPVS, Veterinary Ireland, Vets Now and SPVS Educational Trust, for a unique opportunity to reconnect with your classmates and learn from others who you may not have seen since you qualified

The CPD element uses professional actor role players, who bring challenging client situations to life which can then be dissected by you and your peers in a fun, interactive and non–confrontational setting. As well as 7 hours of CPD, the package includes an evening of dinner, drinks and dancing!

Catch up and celebrate with your colleagues at your VDS Graduate Reunion – run by the VDS, supported by the profession. We promise it won’t feel like 7 hours CPD

Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the event in accordance with government guidelines. In this instance, your ticket is fully refundable however, we are not able to refund travel or accommodation expenses

The day's workshop awards 7 hours CPD.
