Our NEW Human Factors Essentials course combines insights from the forefront of veterinary patient safety research with expertise in neuroscience and human psychology. We will introduce a systems-thinking approach to help you optimise practice systems and move away from individual blame. You’ll explore decision making, risk and workload management to help you feel more confident about reliably achieving good clinical outcomes for your patients. And, you’ll leave with new ideas, tools, and techniques to support your own your team’s performance and wellbeing in practice.
