Learning to Lead Delegate, 2023


This one-day interactive workshop will give you the tools you need to become an inspirational leader. Whether you manage a happy, productive team or struggle to galvanise your colleagues, this course will give you practical tips to motivate top performers, encourage teamwork and manage difficult colleagues effectively. Using personal DISC behavioural profiling will help you to identify your natural strengths and to learn how to put them to best use in a leadership role.

Key Learning Objectives:

By the end of the workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Lead, manage and communicate with your team more effectively
  • Modify your language and behaviour to manage others more easily
  • Recruit and retain the right people to your team
  • Motivate and inspire your colleagues
  • Feel confident having challenging conversations with tricky colleagues and poor performers.

Who is this course for?

Learning to Lead is suitable for those in a leadership or management role such as JVPs, clinical directors, head vets, head nurses or team leaders.

Before the event

You'll be asked to complete an online assessment before the workshop from which your take-home personal behavioural profile and comprehensive report will be produced.

On the day

The workshop begins at 10.00am and finishes at 4.00pm. Once you have booked you will be sent details to register to join the live session.
