  • Have more faith in your own abilities and judgements?
  • Be able to speak up more assertively in situations you find challenging?
  • Feel good about yourself and your strengths?

Do you always put others first or find yourself saying “yes” when you really mean “no”, or maybe you’re constantly doubting or second-guessing yourself, thinking that someone else could do better or your suggestions are not worth putting forward?
