Join us in Bristol for this one-day face-to-face workshop, designed to help you thrive in your role and navigate the challenges of practice life. You’ll explore how to identify personal and professional stressors, build resilience, and develop strategies to manage your workload effectively. You’ll gain practical skills to help make working with others more effective, enhance communication, reduce stress, and approach workplace challenges with renewed confidence and energy.

This in-person session offers a rare opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and connect with other veterinary professionals for an interactive and insightful day.

As part of the course, you’ll complete a personal DISC behavioural profile ahead of the session. This powerful tool gives you insight into your work style, communication strengths, and how to adapt under pressure, supporting improvements in productivity, teamwork, and collaboration.
