This interactive online coaching course is designed specifically for senior or aspiring lead receptionists. Through two immersive workshops followed by monthly check-ins for 3 months, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to lead effectively, communicate assertively, and create a positive, high-performing team environment. This is followed by monthly one-hour check-ins over three months to reinforce learning, provide ongoing support, and ensure you feel confident applying your skills in the workplace.
